Hi! Meet the Author

Fedrick William works with leaders navigating high-stakes transitions, helping them create personal systems for decisive clarity.

Professionally, he has led strategy, product, analytics, and technology at Miro, Zalando, Philips/Versuni, and Bajaj Finserv, giving him a grounded understanding of real executive pressure. Coaching since 2009, he partners with CXOs, founders, and global leaders to untangle complexity and move forward with confidence.

Background

He is an ICF-credentialed PCC coach with formal education from Yale, University of Pennsylvania, IIM, and Mumbai University, with certifications across psychology, product leadership, neurodiversity, and mindfulness.

He works with founders, CXOs, senior executives, and global knowledge workers who quietly carry cognitive fatigue, uncertainty, and decision friction inside. His sessions are designed for those who cannot afford to slow down - but cannot keep operating the same way.

He understands executive pressure not as theory, but as lived reality, navigating scale, ambiguity, performance expectations, complexity, and change across global ecosystems.

This book transformed how I approach leadership challenges. Clear, practical, and inspiring.
